North of America’s border, Canada is located in North America. Canada has 10 provinces and its capital is Ottawa. Canada was founded after the British Parliament created the British North America Act in 1876. In July 1, 1876 Canada was born. Canada’s prime minister is Justin Trudeau and their queen is Queen Elizabeth II. Canada has an area of 3.855 million miles and is filled with wilderness and cities. With all of that land, the 35.16 million people have plenty of space to live, but there is some traffic in Canada like there is everywhere in any city on Earth. Some things you should know before visiting Canada is that $1 Canadian dollar is equal $0.77 U.S. dollars or $1 U.S. dollar is worth $1.26 CAD. Also, the bathroom or restroom in Canada is called the washroom. Canada uses the metric system like kilometers, Celsius, etc.. Finally, to even get into Canada, yes, you do need a passport.

Canada is ranked in the top twenty best countries to visit by Business Insider. When traveling throughout Canada, there are many things to do in many of the provinces and cities. Although the first place that I am about to mention is not in Canada, The Niagara Falls to just barely across the border and is a magnificent place. The CN tower is one of the tallest buildings in the worlds by pinnacle height. It is open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30
p.m. everyday. Located in Toronto, Ontario, the CN Tower has a 4.5 star google rating. Another interesting place inside of Canada is the Banff National Park, located in Alberta province. Like most national parks, Banff National Park is huge with an area of 2,564 miles. There you can camp, see many forms of wildlife, and experience wildlife in person. Finally, the last place that you can visit is the Stanley Park. Stanley Park is one of the largest urban parks in North America and has a size of 1,563 miles. Here you can do many things like, have your children play the activities there, ride the Stanley Park Train, explore all of the nature in located inside the park, and dine out with your family.

There are countless amounts of things to do in Canada. Within the 10 provinces, you can explore the history of the Canada and have fun with the many activities that you can do there. The three places mentioned above are not even closes to all of the places there are to visit. The Canadian Rockies, Parliament Hill, Ripley’s  Aquarium of Canada are just some of the other places to visit in Canada. In conclusion, Canada is a great place to visit if you have some free time.
